I did promise more vegan chili recipes earlier this week, and I do deliver on my promises, more often than not anyway. So, why the excess of chili? The Super Bowl, of course! I may not know a thing about football, but I do know that chili is great game-day food. It’s also great to enjoy after a long day spent getting errands done while the store aisles are clear. Either event is cause for celebration if you ask me. The great thing about vegan chili as party food is that everyone loves it. As much as I love a good tofu stir-fry, I know that if I try to serve it up to most of my friends and family members I’ll get some looks. But that’s not the case at all with chili!
