Just a bottle of good Cajun Seasoning will do all the wonder. I love Cajun seasoning because it is smokey, rustic, and spicy. It works great as a marinade and to lift up a boring dish specifically when there is chicken breast and vegetables involved.

First, add Cajun seasoning to melted butter and saute for just 30 seconds. Basically we are infusing butter with the spices before adding chicken breast. Note- be sure that the butter is not too hot, or else the spices will burn in no time. Add in the chicken breast and toss to coat with cajun butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the veggies. Toss in zucchini and peppers. Cook for 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are cooked to desired doneness.

Storage

When I foresee a hectic week ahead, this is one my go-to meal prep recipes. Stores well for up to 4 days.
