You can serve this soup with your favorite sandwich or toast like this vegan avocado toast. During summers or for lunch you can also serve it with a fresh crisp salad like Fattoush or Greek potato salad. If the combination of salad and soup is not for you then you can pair it up with any other side dish like Moroccan oven roasted potatoes or vegan potato wedges. And, if you are not a vegan then just serve with some crispy garlic cheese bread on the side.
