For the chocolate waffles:

Wholesome Yum Almond Flour – Adds body to the waffle batter, without the grittiness of other almond flours (this one is the finest consistency out there!). You can also substitute 2 teaspoons of coconut flour. Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend – Creates a sweet flavor that mixes easily into the batter. You can also substitute another keto sweetener, but the texture may be grittier. Wholesome Yum Psyllium Husk Powder – Helps the chocolate chaffle be a bit chewy… like real waffles! Plus, it adds a natural boost of fiber, and mine won’t turn baked goods purple like some other brands do. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – This cheese has the best flavor profile (read: neutral) for oreo chaffles, and helps them get crispy. Egg – Use a whole, large egg. A flax egg may also work. Butter – Adds moisture to the batter. You can also use coconut oil instead. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – Creates a rich, chocolaty flavor. Use the best quality one you can. Vanilla Extract – Enhances the sweetness. Baking Powder – Helps the oreo chaffle rise.

For the cream cheese frosting:

Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend – This confectioners-style sweetener creates a smooth, sweet, and fluffy frosting. Cream Cheese – For the most keto-friendly chocolate chaffle, choose a full-fat variety. Vanilla Extract Heavy Cream – Coconut cream will also work.
