Comfort food season is upon us. When is that, you ask? In my opinion it starts in fall and goes through the end of year holidays. And I’m not saying I’d turn up a slice of my vegan pumpkin cake or vegan spice cake fist thing upon waking, but pancakes are a more socially acceptable form of cake.
